Anyfeedback

Anyfeedback approached us with the goal of building marketplace designed to help people get clear and easy-to-use feedback from mentors they follow on social media. The main challenge was creating an interface that was intuitive enough for non-technical users yet powerful enough to support complex tasks like video messaging, annotations on images and PDFs, and precise feedback on audio and video timelines. We aimed to empower mentors to easily deliver valuable advice and monetize their expertise directly through the platform.

We began with detailed UX research, followed by iterative UI design using Figma, ensuring that each element of the app was simple and user-friendly. Additionally, we integrated Stripe for smooth payments and automatic payouts, enhancing the ease and reliability of transactions. Advanced user management features were also added to simplify interactions and user navigation.

The result was a highly user-friendly application praised for its intuitive interface and seamless functionality. Mentors found it easy to deliver precise, valuable feedback, while users appreciated how straightforward it was to interact, annotate files, and manage their communications. The success of Anyfeedback lies in its simplicity, powerful features, and effectiveness in meeting the core goal of connecting mentors and mentees effortlessly.
