Kinetic Consulting, an award-winning consultancy based in Sydney and Dubai, wanted to improve the user experience and visual design of Macky.ai, their AI-powered business consulting platform. Although Macky.ai provided valuable insights through AI and traditional consulting methods, users struggled with navigation and understanding the platform's features. The client sought to make the website and web app more intuitive, attractive, and user-friendly.
