Smart City App

The client approached us with a smart city mobile app that was already live but had become outdated, causing users to lose interest and engagement. They wanted our help to completely redesign the app, making it modern and user-friendly. The app allows residents to report city issues directly to the mayor, access important city information, and take advantage of discounts and special offers.

We began by thoroughly reviewing the existing app and conducting interviews with stakeholders and users. These conversations helped us clearly understand the challenges and user expectations. Using this valuable feedback, we created straightforward UX wireframes to simplify user interactions. Once these wireframes were finalized, we developed a modern and attractive UI design. Additionally, we built a comprehensive design library for both iOS and Android, making it easy for developers to add new features consistently in the future.

The redesigned app was a great success, delivering a significantly improved user experience. Users found the updated app easier and more pleasant to use, which boosted engagement and overall satisfaction.
